Licence

Sightline 365 is licensed to your Microsoft 365 tenant on a subscription basis (or one-time for the Founder tier). Licence entitlements are enforced per-tenant; seats within a tenant are shared among users of that tenant.

Acceptable use

You may use Sightline 365 to search and copy content within Microsoft 365 tenants for which you hold appropriate administrative or delegated permissions. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software or its licences without a written agreement from DNG Software Pty Ltd.

Billing & refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in-app or via the customer portal. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support within 30 days of a charge.

Warranty & liability

Sightline 365 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DNG Software Pty Ltd's total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
