Summary

Sightline 365 is a desktop application that runs on your machine and connects directly to your Microsoft 365 tenant via Microsoft Graph. Your files and messages never leave Microsoft 365 — DNG Software Pty Ltd does not receive, store, or process the content of your searches.

What we collect

• Your Microsoft 365 tenant ID, used to bind your licence to your organisation.
• Billing information you provide to Stripe (we never see card numbers).
• Anonymised usage counters (e.g. number of operations performed) to enforce plan limits.
• Standard web-analytics data (page views, referrer) on this website via Google Analytics.

What we do not collect

• The content of your files, messages, or search results.
• The names of the files you interact with.
• Any personally identifying information about your end users.

Data retention

Licence records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months for accounting purposes. Website analytics are retained for 14 months.
